Q. What happens if I miss an issue or it arrives late?

A) If you spot the magazine on the news stand and have not received your copy yet, then it is probably under dispatch, since the delivery of subscription copies normally occurs after 2 days of its release on the news stand.
B) If you have recently ordered a new subscription and have not received your first issue, we would like to inform you that it takes 4 weeks to start your subscription. If it still hasn't reached, it may also be due to an incorrect address in our records. In such a case, you can contact our Customer Care by email, phone or regular mail.
C) If the issue does not reach you at all or arrives late repeatedly; contact Customer Care by email or phone To expedite customer service requests provide your Name and Address, especially Pin Code and Contact Number with the Subscription id exactly as it appears in the subscription confirmation email/ letter.
